The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration for a speaker grill (opening in detector housing through which speaker emits sound) on radar detectors. The speaker grill is generally in the shape of a triangle having curved sides and curved vertices, said speaker grill having two curved bands, one longer than the other, connected by two straight lines-one on each side. The interior of the design contains a cross-hatch design over the top of the speaker grill. The dashed lines are used to indicate the outline of the detector and are not part of the claimed mark but merely indicate the position of the mark on the goods.
