The mark consists of the term "MONTSHODAW" above a circular design. The design consists of a circle with the midline of an S-like figure in the middle. The two arms of the S-like figure are on the outside of the circle. The arm on the left extends out from the horizontal midline of the circle, up and around the top of the circle to its vertical midline and the right arm extends out from the horizontal midline of the circle down and around the bottom of the circle to its vertical midline. Within the circle are spaces that cross the circle through its center at a 45-degree angle. These spaces converge to give the appearance of an "x" like figure in the circle. Bordering the circle's inner rim are eight triangular spaces.
